FastPari Terms & Conditions – Complete Guidelines for Using the Platform

FastPari (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "fastpari") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fastpari website, mobile app, and all related services.

All bets and gaming activity on FastPari are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless fastpari itself voids it.

• If a bet is not confirmed during live betting due to a loss of internet connection, it will be treated as a failed bet and the stake will be refunded.

If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or remains unresolved, fastpari generally refunds the full stake. In certain exceptional circumstances, a decision will be made in accordance with house rules and will be considered final.

Deposit Rules:

• All deposits must come from the user's own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Fastpari does not charge any fees on deposits; however, charges from your payment service provider may apply.
• If a deposit fails, your funds should be returned within 3–5 minutes. If it takes longer, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal number and account name must match exactly.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – wagering requirements must be completed first.
• In cases of suspicious activity, fastpari reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FastPari and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Bet Hedging: Placing bets on opposite outcomes of the same event across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to generate risk-free profit.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Placing bets using automated software, scripts, or bots.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using another person's account.
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Exploiting any bug or technical glitch on the platform.

FastPari uses advanced technology to detect such activities. If suspicious behavior is identified, the account may be temporarily frozen for investigation and supporting documents may be requested.

FastPari reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If registration is completed using false or fraudulent information.
• If an underage user is identified.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on an account.
• If KYC verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Once a request is received, it will be processed within 3 business days. Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Balances on accounts closed due to prohibited activity may not be refunded. In such cases, fastpari's decision is final.
